Janice Elaine (Blodgett) Spartz, 81, of Foley, passed away May 16, 2024. Janice was born at home and raised in Prescott, Wisconsin. She met her husband of 57 years, Jim Spartz, and raised their four children in Minnesota. Janice enjoyed cooking, listening to country music, playing cards, reading and evening car rides to enjoy nature. There will be no service planned per Janice’s request.
Janice was preceded in death by her husband Jim; parents Eldon and Lagarda Blodgett; sisters Shelby Hartman, LaVonne Granheim and Sharon Blodgett; brothers Jackie and Darrell Blodgett. Janice is survived by daughters Alecia (Brad) Hageman, Amie (Mark) Gendron and Angie (Sze Jee Wong) Spartz; son David (Dawn) Spartz; sister Jo Beth Blodgett; brother Walter Blodgett; 11 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren. Janice was the glue that held the family together and is missed dearly by her loved ones.
