Vivian M. (nee Paczkowski) Worthingham, born March 5, 1932, in Foley, died Sept. 25, 2024, in Crystal at the age of 92. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 55 years, Eugene; an infant son; parents, Martha and Walter Paczkowski; and sisters, Bernice Paczkowski and Lou O’Konek. She is survived by her children, Craig (Sharon), Julie (Jim) Novak, Neil (Susie) and Amy (Annette); grandchildren, Sammy (Logan) Chojnowski, Chad Worthingham, Abby and Michael Novak; great-grandchildren, Gannon and Kennedy Chojnowski; sister, Gladys Lepinski; and nieces and nephews.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 a.m., Friday, Oct. 18, at the Church of the Good Shepherd, 145 Jersey Ave. S., Golden Valley. Private interment will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
